RunnerUp New member Dec 4, 2006 #2 hi lifts should really only be used on sliders or steel bumpers, the stock tow hitch might be strong enough to hold it, but then again it would depend on what your trying to do with it.

lee New member Dec 4, 2006 #3 if you HAD TO, yes id guess it would support it i smashed the CRAP out of mine when i had one, and it took it with a smile it was so good at taking hits that we used the arms for it as the mounting arms for my custom rear bumper.
