Yup.. Most new 4runners are 5th gen! Are the 2014's 5-and-a-half-gen???
2013 Limited. Black on black, DVD NAV, and power running boards.
Stupid thing is they do not sell power running boards in the midwest. I had to go out of my region to find one. It is hard to find a dealer willing to work with you! I finally found one dealership that had an "internet sales dept" that was even willing to look for the options I want. I should find out today if they are able to get it for me.
DD has been a 2004 Z71 Tahoe I bought in 2005. It has been a good SUV, but it is time to either do a BIG round of preventative maintenance or buy new. I'm sure I will miss a V8, but there are not many V8's out there once you eliminate things assembled by the UAW. Never owned a foreign car before, so it is a new adventure for me!
I do agree the tires look a little weak. It may be a while before I get to upgrade those... Jeebus new cars are expensive!!!!
