I recently bought a new 2014 4runner and want to put HID in the headlight and the fog lights

Does anyone know what sizes I will need cause I cannot find much online

According to members here who have tried it on their 2014s...drop in HIDs are "okay" in the low beam projector in terms of glare, but please please please don't put them in your fog light housing. Not only do you defeat the purpose of fog lights, but you're gonna blind the shiet out of everyone, lol. I forgot who tried HIDs in their fog lights here, but even he said that they are way too blinding to use near people...

low beam, high beam and fog lights on the 2013 4runner uses the same as the 2014 4runners

I agree with eddiebx and will actually say do a proper retro fit of the lows to get the best performance and least glare. For the fogs you must retro or just leave the standard bulbs in. The rest of the world will thank you.
