nothing worse than see one coming your way, regardless of a bulb K value, vehicle, how high you sitting or how low your headlights aimed, I always flash the suckers, because I can see them coming mile away. 4300K or 10000K, I would actually say the lower the K value the worse glare is, make sense since 4300K outputs twice the light of 10000K. To realize what incoming traffic see, all you have to do is park in front of wall or garage door 25-30 feet away. You can adjust your headilghts right to the lowest factory setting possible and I can bet you there isnt much difference, lifted trucks even worse, HID projectors just multiply the intensity. Trust me, I spent countless hours on testing stock reflectors, HID projectors and different bulbs, ballast, etc. There is a huge difference, and of course you dont see it from driver's seat
