HID kit for 2010 4Runner?

I have an HiD kit I took out of my 2008 SR5 V8. Does anyone know if it will fit the 2010 SR5?

The Gen 4's HID you have were designed for projector lenses(looks like a semi clear pool ball) that aim the HID light with a cut off and Gen 5's have reflector lenses which will scatter the light and blind oncoming traffic.

It can be done as I see idiots do it all the time,usually kids who don't care if they blind the oncoming traffic.

AMEN to this. i hate those kids who role around with the HID's and blind on coming traffic. hopefully i'll be able to return the favour once i mount some spot lights onto my trail after it arrives :reddance:

isnt the new one uses 9006? the 06-09 prjector based lights are h11
