bringing this back from the dead as i am looking at retro'ing the same setup in my '05.


A few questions:

1) have any other pics of the mounting process? I would be interested in seeing these if you have them.
2) do they bounce at all over bumps?
3) How are you liking everything now years later. anything you would have done different?

My retrofitter is actually making a retrofit quick setup to use for the 06+ headlights

With the 05 housing, the best way to mount is either using the JnC method or cutting and then epoxy the projector in. You can swap over the 06-09 headlights and then get the bumper filler pieces, thats what I am doing.

i actually plan on making a bracket...hopefully. i have access to a 3D printer, so i will play around with that. not a fan of the 06+ headlights. i think the '05s w/ a gatling shroud look great!

Each to their own. I am more for the OEM look. Good luck with the bracket
