Hidden Hitch Basket Carrier

I have one like it, a cheaper brand, 60 dollars. It is a great idea. You can pack extra stuff, kind of like getting a bigger SUV when you need it. If I had to do it again, I would of bought a better basket carrier.

When I pack it, I pack lighter stuff as to not over load the back shocks. When you go on a pay road or a ferry the basket carrier does not count as a trailer, so they don't charge you for it. Also, the rear window that rolls down is nice, you can get to items in the back without having to remove the items on the carrier.

Make sure the shaft of your basket carrier does not hit the spare tire, or in other words make sure the shaft is not too deep. Measure the difference in the hole of the shaft of the carrier and the end of the shaft and compare it to the hole in your hitch and the start of the spare tire, make sure the shaft will fit.
