HID's for 06 Sport!!!!!!!

I bought a EFX Hid kit off ebay for my headlights and foglights. I installed the headlights in about 20mins they fired right up with no problems and looked great. Then i wired up the foglights the same as my headlights turned them on and nothing??? Switched the ballast around and still nothing. You can hear the ballast for the headlights humming but no sound coming from the fogs???
They came with the same ballast for both head and fogs but different bulbs of course H11 and 9006

ANY HELP PLEASE

It acts like the fogs dont get enough power to turn on the ballast????

Ok got them working flipped the plug going into ballast and they fired right up???? But now when i turn head and fogs on the radio wont pick up staions hardly at all turn the lights off and radio is clear ????

Any help for that one???

cheap kit, thats the problem, alot of EFI and EMI, should of got a quality kit, where did u mount the ballast? in the engine comprtment behind each headlight is a perfect place. also screw the ballast to the fenders in the engine bay.
