Flickering on the high beam bulb is caused in DRL mode because the lights work at a lower wattage. LED bulbs can't dim so they flicker instead when not getting enough power so this is why a canbus is needed to fix this issue. However, the canbus will cause the LED lights to be on at full brightness in DRL mode.

I don't mind the minimal flicker I'm getting in my 4Runner, I looked at it for a while yesterday in DRL mode and I really had to look at the lights to even notice there was a flicker. I haven't run with DRL's on the road yet, but plan on getting some 1st person opinions from others before I do.
The DRL delete mod is also always an option too, which may be the route I take once my Aiden James DRL's show up 90+ days and counting...
