Highest I saw so far is someone with over 300k miles on an 04 4runner.

I only have 230k miles on my 05 4runner. And it drives as good as it was new.

My 06 sport has 116,000 and some change.....just bought almost a year ago with 97,000 on it. people think i bought it brand new all the time, obviously they dont know anything bout runners but hey ill take the compliments. I'm an ASM at a Toyota dealership and the highest 4th gen ive seen in here was 200K

General Info:
Tires: set1 = 113,600mi, set2 = 106,000mi, set3 = 96,000mi, set4 = ??
Synthetic oil after 100k/mi - changed at 8k to 10k intervals
Regular brake & fluids maintenance
O2 Sensor - at 150k/mi
Left Front Wheel Bearing - at 275k/mi
Right Front Wheel Bearing - at 350k/mi
CV Rubber Boot - 2ea, at 250k/mi & 300k/mi
Windshields - 4ea
Alternator at 375k/mi
Idler bearing on serpentine belt

I would like an update on this!

handed down my '99 Limited with 148k on Friday and picked up an '04 Sport V6 4WD with 38.8k

anybody got one with less than that?

that's impressive...I actually almost bought a 98 4runner little over a year or so ago with 40k on it at a local dealer around here (Western Maryland). I couldn't believe my eyes. if you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for that? they were tryin to get 9,500 for that 98. I couldn't bring myself to paying that with the age. even tho I know its a diamond in the rough

ha ha, yea, there was a '99 with about 50k in my search but it was 150 miles away and I didn't want to go that far to check it out because I'm moving in a week and have too much other shit to take care of

I think that one was about $11k - if I actually got to test drive it I would've been real tempted

I paid $17k for mine

There's an '07 up in wisconsin that's haunting me a little bit but...it was 2WD with no sun roof, no tow package and the light colored interior so...I'll be able to sleep eventually

It amazes me how people can put such low milage on their cars. I cant keep my runner parked, i love driving it. A four runner without 4X4 no way!! I had been wanting one since i was 16 so when i was finally in a position to buy one i made sure it had everything cuz im never getting rid of it lol

My '03 Limited V8 has 207,345 miles on it engine smooth transmission smooth. Just need some new shocks, I'm still riding on the factory suspension.

Im not sure what kind of shape it was in. When I bought it I asked the dealer to change it out with some other stuff.

I just bought mine that an older lady had. 2006 T4R Sport Edition w/188k. It's a lot of miles, but she had every single receipt for all the maintenance. Very well taken care of. She racked up the miles going to see family two states away. I was impressed with how it drove! Straight, shifted smooth, engine is still powerful, suspension smooth and no rattles. I paid next to nothing for it.

Congrats! Makes me feel better that I just got my '04 with 133k on it. Owner had it dealer serviced every 5k miles & it shows/drives like new. However, I did pay a little more, since I bought it from a Toyota dealership... essentially I got jacked Oh well, at least it'll be reliable... flushing everything now just to be safe.
