Cool. Sounds like it'll give you many years of good service. If you haven't yet, you can register at Toyota's customer site, & see Toyota dealer & in some cases, non-Toyota dealer, services done on the 4R. Carfax may also show services. Things they may not have done are the differentials & transfer case, but maybe they did those too. I did my transmission & power steering too, even though they're not "recommended."

Don't think you got ripped of as no two would be in an identical condition. You may have paid a bit more but I am sure it is in a better condition than cheaper ones you could have bought.
I bought 2007 limited with 120K from a owner. single owner with a full service record including new tires and brakes. This is my first Toyota and I'm very impressed.

Congrats! Makes me feel better that I just got my '04 with 133k on it. Owner had it dealer serviced every 5k miles & it shows/drives like new. However, I did pay a little more, since I bought it from a Toyota dealership... essentially I got jackedOh well, at least it'll be reliable... flushing everything now just to be safe.

144k on my 2005 4Runner Limited 4WD V8 - bought with around 132k if I remember right. Runs and drives great. It was used for travel between states, so the front end shows pitting/chips.
Since I've owned it I've done:
It will probably need brakes in the next 12 months. I'm installing 20" 2013 4Runner Limited wheels/tires on it this week.

- Radiator Hoses
- Repacked Fan Clutch
- Battery
- Flushed Cooling System
- Front Left Wheel Bearing
- Front FJ Cruiser Bilsteins and Coils - stock springs were collapsed
- Rear Bilstein 5100's
- F/R Diff Oil Change
- Fixed Overcharged A/C
- Sealed Right Headlight Assembly

2007 4Runner Sport
New here, but I had to post.
We owe a 2007 4Runner Sport 4x4 with 97k miles on it. We bought it at a local toyota dealership (totally got ripped off but cant change it now) and we bought it with 94k miles on it. Seeing all the post of people with over 200k makes me happy that we shouldnt have to worry about having to replace it anytime soon given we keep it taken care of. Now just to finish paying it off so we can start really playing with it!

My '04 that I bought in February '04 with 3 miles on it now has ....72,620. Runs like a champ. Recently replaced the O2 sensor just before the catalytic converter and replaced the spark plugs. Nothing else except for new tires. I love my Toyota!!!

Can I ask you why you replaced the O2 sensor? Both sides?
