Highest Mileage 4th Gen?

This thread makes me happy. Sold my 3rd gen to my brother last week. On my way to pickup an 06 with a whooping 39,000 on the clock. Should last for many many years.

04 227k also have a 05 with 140k

My dads drives his 04 86 miles there and 86 miles back every day to work for the past 8 years or more probably! still running strong. changes the oil every 2 weeks. put about 900 miles on it a week. My 2005 v6 has a 140k and I give it hell! had no other problems than a wheel Bering being shot.

For some reason I was getting nervous as I approached 200,000 miles. Now that I see this thread, I feel like I need not worry.

191K+ 04 V8 4WD.. Timing belt(at around 140K), tires, center diff.(last summer), front wheel bearings(last winter) and 4x4 computer(last summer)... Use Lucas synthetic for my diffs and 5w30 Castrol Syntec on motor with Wix air filters..

And still smooth as silk..

it sure is! I just bought a 2005 V6 Sport with 145k miles on it and figure I'll put less than 10k a yea on it as it is a second vehicle for us. Glad to see so many high mileage trucks going strong.
