Hilux Surf Mirrors/ Volant Intake

I've tried searching about the mirrors found on the Hilux Surf front fender area near the head lights. Are these available? What are they called? Where can they be had?

Second Question, who has installed the volant intake? Does it free more room towards the rear for the installation of a battery siince the intake boxes looks as if it sits forward slightly. Any change in MPG from the mod?

i put one on my 05 v8. there is significant room in front and back of the new box. the sound it makes when under open throttle is amazing and its silent when just casually driving. my mpg went from around 16.5 when i first bought the truck to now 20.3, but i also have it coupled exhaust and throttle body spacer. wonderful investment, don't skip it. the mirrors i am unsure about.
