Are you referring to the mirror that they all have?

The mirror is their by law on SUV and trucks.

The thing with the 4th gens is they don't really differ much from the USDM versions except for the mirror.

For some reason, I find right hand drive almost more natural.

Its a little different in a stick, b/c the gears are the same so you go away for your body for 1st gear. but i still kind of like it, and i really dont find it hard to switch back and forth. i just remember to 'keep left' when driving on the right
