Made it, feel somewhat like a rat leaving a sinking ship but my old surf aint ready to die yet, sad news about our old longstanding Hilux Surf site but times change, hope it can be archived so the info's still accessible, we will see! meanwhile hoping to enjoy it here:lookout:

never knew this one existed until i saw the link,
without these forums i would be lost as the info is invaluable,even simple things like getting the sidelights off:wink2:

Never thought I'd be a refugee!! but a sign of the times I suppose. Hopefully the fantastic information learnt over the years won't be lost. I hope to keep my 3rd gen on the road for a good few years yet .

I have made an arrangement with the current owner of Hiluxsurf.co.uk to buy the website and will be taking it over this month.

I'll be investing a bunch of money into it, and own a web design company so have plenty of knowledge and resources so will be doing lots of improvements

I shall also be launching a range of member hilux surf and 4 runner clothing so watch this space!!

I didn't like the facebook version so much, came back after 2 years and everyone had moved on...lets go bring it back to life...
