I got a 2.5 by 2.5M one. Will be mounted on a full length roof basket once I get a second extension ordered. What about you?

I have yet to order one. I am looking at the medium ARB awning. I only yakima cross bars so I am trying to find a good mounting solution prior to purchasing the awning. I will keep an eye out to see how yours turns out, but I am sure it will be sweet! Also, how do you have your trasharoo attached? Always seen them on the tire carriers and not just on the door. I am very interested in that one too. Hahaha this build just has too much good going on. My bank account might hate me if i look at this one too much.

I bought mine from these guys in a group buy our group did. Local Company, OZ Trail is the awning brand.
The Trasharoo has straps that you can extend more than long enough to wrap entirely around the tailgate. Its super easy and you dont need a 1,500 dollar tire carrier just to buy a trasharoo haha. I have a spoiler on my tailgate so I feed it through that but people do it without them no problem, you could also open your rear window and have it wrap around the lower portion of the tailgate but then you have to have it open at all times.

Nice job on the wiring cleanup!
Those wires in the engine bay look thick, are they anything special or just hardware store wire rolls?
The OTRATTW Rocker panel is nice, will those rockers fit in the factory blanks with a little work or are they too large to use in any non-custom cutout?

Wires are off a spool pretty much except for the 4 Guage battery lead. The switches will fit in the factory punch outs with a little shaving!

Body Lift, On Board Air, Tires, Working 4x4, New Satoshi Grill, New Horns
It has been a busy few weeks for my truck. So here goes:
Working 4 Wheel Drive!!!!!
1. Officially have a working transfer case. Finished the second swap and the actuator works. Had an issue with the centre locking diff switch/ sensor in the case so I bypassed it and made an in-cab switch for my central locking diff which is pretty nice to have. Keeps the T-case temps low. I also had to do some trimming of the transmission tunnel as seen below. This is because this Transfer Case, and all the North American one's, are top shifting where as mine being JDM was forward shifting and actually used to shift through the transmission housing. So now the shifter sits quite a bit further back.
New Tires
2. Finally got some tires on her. 285/75/16 KO2, with a 33" Duratrac for a spare. I love how they look and love how they run on the trail and the road. Also tested them in the snow today and they were amazing.
Body Lift
3. Installed a Toytec 1" Body Lift today to give my tires a bit more flex room and in anticipation for a bumper and sliders and minimizing the gap caused by doing a body lift after they are installed. Also installed the Steering Rag Joint spacer at the same time. Don't have too many pics of this but please let me know if you want some and I can take some.
Second Satoshi Grill
4. New satoshi grill mod as my old satoshi mod was done poorly when I was learning. This one looks much cleaner.
Hella Horns
5. New Hella Super Tones mounted and I love how much louder and less pip-squeaky they are than stock.
And Finally, some recent pictures of some wheeling:

Roof Basket
I decided it was time for a full length roof basket. I wanted to stay with the CURT brand as I already had spent money on a majority of their products for the job. So, using two centre extensions the basket was the the perfect length from hatch to wind shield.
I was tired of the instability of using the crossbars and I wanted it to be lower profile, so using some aluminium angle-iron I created some brackets:
With the basket mounted, this is how the brackets looked:
For the front portion of the bracket I re-used the old gutter mounted light bar brackets. As time passed I realized the instability of these with any downward force. I ended up using some aluminium tubing I had and g
creating leg posts that just rest on the roof just behind the wind shield, but I do not have pictures of these but that's ok as they are not too pretty!
I also had to relocate and make a light bar brackets as the old gutter mount brackets would no longer work. I just took a strip of steel and some U-Bolts, so I could adjust its angle as I wanted to, and had this mount to the front of the basket. The wiring then ran all the way down the basket and in the rear hatch.
I am very happy with the new set up and can carry a full spare, two table and a load of firewood at the same time with the new space!

Wind Shield
Had a crack shoot across my wind shield one morning so had to pucker up and get a new one. Here are a few pics of the install with the help of a friend. Always strange seeing your vehicle with a huge hole in the front!

9.25 Wrap LC Coils and Diff Breather
Was finally time to try out the biggest coils I could get my hands on. Got some 9.25 Wrap LC coils and decided it was also time to update the shocks. Found some slightly used 5125 Bilstiens that were actual a factory special order. They came with a eye to stud instead of the normal eye to eye, so no need for an adapter bracket. They also had different valving which created more down travel which I really enjoyed.
At the same time I decided to install a little insurance so I did the rear diff breather extension. It was very simple, and all it required was a new union and and new breather from Toyota, some fuel line and hose clamps, I chose to run it up to the gas fill door which I felt was high enough.
Also, my coil collection is growing quite a bit, there are evening two sets missing from this picture.

Intake Cleaning
Decided it was a time for some cleaning and gasket replacement. Part of the problem of buying an imported vehicle is you truly have little to no idea what maintenance, if any, was done tot he vehicle as you have no record or VIN to chase.
I started by doing the valve cover gasket and spark plugs:
Underneath the cover was actually surprisingly gunk free which was nice.
The spark plugs appeared they were ready to die though
I then took a stab at the entire intake, throttle body and intake manifold. I cleaned all quite well until they shined and replaced every gasket in that region:

More Cargo Storage and Future Mods
I decided I wanted some more cargo storage and also somewhere to hard-mount a compressor. I built a small box that would match the subwoofer box I would mount it next to. I carpeted it and aluminium trimmed it to match the drawers. I then mounted a 400P VIAIR compressor to the back of it. It is controlled by a switch up near the front of the vehicle. Here is how it turned out:
I also picked up an E-locker third which I am pretty excited about. It needs new gears but that is fine as I plan to be going to 4.88's very soon (hopefully before august):
I also have wanted a rear tire carrier for sometime but there is no way I can afford a full rear swing out bumper. So I have decided to buy a flip down tire carrier and see what I do with it:
