HIR headlight upgrade feedback

I just upgraded my high and low beams to HIR bulbs. I got the summer special from candlepower.com for $100. Some posts have been made about this with pics, but it is impossible to tell how bright the lights are from a picture.

In real world terms, the HIR's are at least twice as bright as the stock halogens. I would say that they are definitely brighter than Silverstars. They are not as white however.

I'm really happy with the bulbs, especially along with my new Hoen Endurance yellow fogs.

yup, lumens dont lie, ha, i like em for my highs, & like u, same on the hoen yellow fogs.
