Hitch Flip Question...

I have my rear bumper off for paint and I am considering doing the hitch flip mod to my receiver hitch/bumper while I have easy access to everything. I didn't think to take measurement before I removed the bumper and was wondering if anyone has the rough measurements of the cuts that need to made to the center section of the rear bumper.

I don't have measurements, but maybe you can take some relative measurements and approximate where the cuts should be based on some photos...

This looks really clean, I might have to do the same thing. What did you use to make the cut, angle grinder?
