Hitch mounted winch setup

While searching some info on winching I found this youtube video, the guy has a removable hitch mounted winch setup. (If you like his technique or not, as it seems from the video's comments people had issue with him and what he was doing, who cares, I just like the winch idea.) I was stoked by seeing this as I did not want to get one of those massive bumpers on the front of my truck to be able to use a winch.

Question 1: Does anyone know if this is a good alternative to have versus the front bumper setup for a winch? (Yes I realize my factory hitch would have to be swapped out with a true frame mounted tow hitch.)

Question 2: Where does a person find the cradle for mounting a winch that would plug into a hitch?

If I'm able to find something that works, and find the money to get something like this, then I'll have to look into finding that hitch setup that can be mounted onto the front of my truck to facilitate a forward direction winch pull.

The winch cradles are widely available, I know I've seen them on Amazon and 4wheelparts website. I've not looked into individual options so not sure on a brand recommendation. Have you seen the cbi front hitch? This is your best option imo.

Yeah I saw the CBI one in the past on here, but couldn't remember who had it when I posted, but thanks for linking me to it again!

Good to know the cradles are all around, didn't have time to browse the net to look for one, as at this point I wouldn't know which winch to get for my T4R.

Also I was thinking since I do live in the desert of Arizona, we don't have much in the option of finding trees for winch assisting. I know if I went wheeling into a placed that I was unsure of I'd have a buddy with me, so at least we could use each other as our "tree". lol
