I just got a catalog in the mail, it is Sportsmans Guide (Discount Hunting Gear, Discount Hunting Boots, Discount Shoes, Discount Ammunition, Discount Ammo, Discount Boots, Military Surplus, Outdoor Gear At the Sportsman's Guide) and they have the "Bull" rear step with the light for $59.97. It is the "Monster Warehouse Sale" catalog.......just in case someone is interested. I have ordered from Sportsmans Guide (different items) many times and have had good results.

Gander Mountain has a hitch lock along with other accessories cheap. Gander Mountain® > Gander Mountain Deluxe Towing Kit
I paid that much for the lock alone.

Thats the price for all ???...if so..thats a dang nice deal... even tho I already have a kit but not the lock/....but now that I am thinking about it...my 4runner has one of those kitsnew in the box in the cargo locker. I never checked if there is a lock..Wow...can't believe I have never checked.....
