Hmm.. Since the general lines are there...

I'm a fan of the Science Fiction television show "Battlestar Galactica"; have been ever since the original series premiered in 1978.

Now, if you look at the Cylons from the original series (see the attached image), there's a certain similarity of lines to their helmets and the front ends of the 06 4Runners.

I got to thinking.. I wonder how a "cylon eye" would look in the grille?

Only downside is that I think too many people would think it was from the "Knight Rider" series, rather than Galactica. Nothing wrong with the original Knight Rider, btw, but I wouldn't want people to assume I like the new one. (ick!)

It'll also get you pulled over by the cops since you cannot have a red color light facing forward since that is reserved for emergency vehicles only and a moving one will definetly attract their attention.

So I'm not going crazy after all. I also thought there was a resemblance to a Cylon and the 06+ 4runner front end! Now if it talked like one, that would be awesome. I am referring to the old-school series.

My mother-in-law actually calls my SE "Darth Vader". I guess because I am also a die-hard SW fan.
