Belt Parkway?? That road is the craziest road I have ever been on. You could be driving along at a fast pace and then all of a sudden be stuck in a huge traffic jam. I was once stuck in traffic for 3 hours on the Belt!! :cry:
 
That's what I mean about never having to drive again. Get there and park. Did you notice that the traffic will move at a fast pace and then you have to get on the brakes so hard the seatbelt has to hold you in the driver's seat?

I think I was at the JFK exit and moving at around 60. I turn that curve and I had to jam those brakes. I thought the seatbelt would snap off it gave me such a jolt! That road has to be the craziest road ever!!! I was in traffic for the next hour. I just hoped the guy behind me had good reflexes. :mad:

Not a grad of the U but a lifelong supporter! I actually went to Hampden-Sydney but have had season tix to UVA FB and BB for decades. I grew up in a small rural area and the big city of Charlottesville (lol) just didn't fit me back in '79.

Still, love the Hoos!
