Homemade Radiator Protector

Just a hunter that is worried about the big gap between the front bumper and the radiator. So I made this brush guard to protect the radiator. Crude but it will work for what I do..

Nice job. You can never have too much protection! My previous vehicle had very poor front end protection which once allowed a small rock to put a hole in the AC condensor (which is mounted in front of the radiator). that sucked.

Cheap... Have about $25 invested in it.. Helps in filling out the Wish List.. lol

The only thing I am worried about is sage brush, as I spend my off-road time in Nevada... and it still allows air flow.

Job well done. That gap was and still is a concern for me, since mine is still open and exposed.

I did ask the dealer about that one and he said it was for 2005 and up.. don't know what changed.
I do believe it is just decorative and does not cover the gap between the bumper and radiator.
