hood louvers installed 91 4runner 3.0

Installed a set of hood louvers on my 91. Purchased from Man-A- Fre web site.
Reducing engine bay temperatures where the motivation_ Fresh engine. Al so installed the Distributor cover for water protection. I like the way it looks!:zoom:

More info on instaltation is it welded in? Looks vary flush

rivets

The installation kit includes power coated rivets. In fact the cheap Harbor Freight Rivet Gun I purchased failed upon the the eighth rivet.
The lesson learned is - you get what you pay for- Cheap Chinese Tools are what they are- Cheap Chinese Tools. Not worthy of the purchase price. :flipoff:

Looks good!! Do you know if the vents can be purchased separately or does it come in a 3 piece kit? My 90 has a rock guard so only need the side vents.

just my opinion but when putting new venting in, you should always follow the other lines on the header panel (where your wipers are). with your vent lines going 3 different directions its a bit of a eye sore. the front one is not so bad because its a V style but the side vents just seem out of place to me.
i like the vents and the locations and it looks like you did them fairly cleanly.

I like the placement of the side vents on the v6 to keep header temps down...
