Hood mount cb recommendations?

Hey everybody, yesterday I was up at walmart and couldn't help but pick up a Cobra 19 Ultra III when I saw it sitting on the shelf. What I'm wondering now is what antenna I should get. I know I want to mount it on the hood, preferably with the new cbi ditch mount. Anyone have any recommendations as to what antenna to get? I know I want a whip and not a firestik type of antenna. I was thinking of this wilson 3ft antenna:

I'd also have to get something like this as the antenna nut right? As well as a coaxial cable.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated, especially if there's a cheaper way to make or buy a mount. Not sure if I really want to drop the $30 for one ditch mount.

Those whips you have posted are for antenna bases like I have on mine, there replacement whips.
This is more of what you need to put on that connector for the ditch mount or any other mount.

EDIT- Won't post up /\. Same company, and look for the Wilson flex antenna [MENTION=89046]cacarbuff[/MENTION] has one on his ride. Not sure what post he has it posted on, but shows the flexing while mounted in a video.

Thanks guys, and Having Fun, thanks for that link. I found the wilson flex before I checked back and saw your post edit, and think I'm going to order that and a generic hood rail mount. Then I'll just use one of the bolts that are already in there.
