if i could get my hands on a few hoods with scoops for cheap depending on your location for shipping would everyone be intersted? and if enough people this could benefit everyone. just a thought?

prob 250 -265 range. All brand new too. may be able to get cheaper so..

Interesting........I quess it depends on who's the supplier. Are the parts OEM or aftermarket. I'm think'in aftermarket, if you're offering OEM it's a great find!

I used Certifit for the hood and Toyota parts for scoop guts, combine total $208. Having said that you, may have something here for those without access to warehouse discount auto body suppliers like Certifit in their cities for the hood.

If you're able to hold close to the latter est. price including shipping you may be on to something here. Then there's the paint which retail could vary $250-$350. Once complete you're in it for $450 plus. And much less if you have a hook up on the paint. :naughty: CopperState Creations

Either way I like the aggressive look of the scoop hood. It brings a whole different stance appearance and feel to the front end.

yeah these are def aftermarket. getting a oem hood for that price would be amazing! and yeah ill find out more on monday when they are open and get all the details. Id like to help others get something that so many people want plus make a little cash on the side for my T4R :thumb3:

I got a lift coming, might need a couple parts though, got Mickey Thompson's coming (hopefully they clear the 231mm calipers, might need spacers), but new meats are going to be expensive. I need to find used to settle for now. I just got the camn thing and I have already got 1200 into it.

If you need a paint hook up in the Fayetteville area let me know, I got a guy on the Murch.

On my old chevey s-10 ZR2 he pulled a dent and painted the whole side of my truck for $250.

HELL YEAH! I do actually. The top of my truck like ALL t4r in this color is starting to fade. also i have my new grill plus all my fender flares need to be painted flat black. if you could help wih this or ask to see how much it would cost I would def appreciate it. :thanks:

I am interested in the hood scoop deal. Depends on the end price.


A painting note. I took my front bumper (the metal part), rear License plate holder, and 2 limited flare pieces and had it painted at True To Form for $60. Mind you, I did all the prep work, sanding, and scotch work. I just brought them the parts and my paint code.

I painted the License Plate holder the same color as the 4runner for a more updated look.

The one on the left is an 02 with a chrome bezel, mine is on the right.

Here is it in OEM form.

Yeah thats how mine looks now and i def want to have it pianted. ty for the heads up and ill be finding out more info on the hoods today so keep checking perodically because as soon as i find out more it will be up on here. ty once again! btw looks great! i like that look!
