Hood Stripe??

I was just think'n, while looking at my 06 sport with it's none functioning hood scoop.

How about a racing stripe to match interior color, Hmmmm,,,,blk/gray.

My old school mentality was wondering if you young bucks with computer graphics talent could create a rendition or have seen one with a stripe.

I know it doesn't exactly lend to off road personna, just curious?

IMO...dont do it. i think it would look terrible...but so you know what it will look like if i get a chance tonight and remember ill PS you a pic of it..what color is your runner?

Mmm, for about 2.5 seconds, the SUV racing stripe idea initially intrigued me, but it is generally a bad idea IMO because its concept rests upon making a sporty/muscle/street rod CAR appear more so. The very slight chance SUV racing stripe(s) could work is if a host of other carefully chosen complementing mods are done as well - but by then, you are on a path of no return. Check out the last image below - maybe consider some other kind of visual tatoo-like accent - but again, it'll look dumb without bad-ass tires or other complementing mods . . .

Not sure where to find it. About a year ago there was a sharp TRD Hilux photo on this forum I believe. Strip across the hood and down the sides and back. sort of Mustang like. I'll see if I can find it. Hilux, not Taco picture.

I put the Trans Am bird decal on my hood and it looks excellent. Fits if perfect as the TA also had a hood scoop.
