Death rates are being used to justify the shutdowns, but the numbers are crooked. Flu and pneumonia deaths have disappeared, everyone’s dead of coronavirus these days.

Even with made up numbers, the daily new hospitalizations and deaths are declining rapidly.

Death rate not being used to justify the shutdown here. We had and still have the lowest death rate.

Shit is made up in the news all the time I see nothing new here.

I'm fine with everything opened up if its safe. I've said many times I'm not worried about getting sick. I'm worried about my kids getting sick and them sitting in a hospital bed and me not able to be next to them.

What’s with the click bait posts on this link?

If it has to do with justifying economic suicide by isolating 100% of the population when >90% of those at risk are over 65 and also have substantial health issues, it’s likely nonsense. The numbers don’t add up.

Outside of opinions, what data do you see that justifies economic suicide?

The 'tyrannical' government they're protesting out here has successfully flattened the curve and will partially reopen May 5 on a sliding scale that can also be scaled back if need be:

By comparison, South Carolina, where we moved from in Dec, has over 20x the number of infections and deaths in an area of similar population density, with no flattening of their curve. SC did not incorporate social distancing early on. This is just one example of many.


The governments you call tyrannical are in actuality doing their best not to allow people to die, and are doing it with little to no help from DC.


The only things racist here are the actual racists in the crowd and those thinking it's ok for racists to have a place in our society.

SC deaths per 1m = 36 today. WA = 106. What are you talking about?

Where is your data showing the lockdown helped mitigate the spread of the Wuhan virus, thus saving lives? Your belief is irrelevant.

I’ve posted links to findings from Stanford U, USC, a European doctor, and two doctors in CA that show the lockdowns have achieved nothing in terms of stopping the spread and thus saving lives. Ive also posted links showing the shutdowns have achieved economic devastation, so they were good for something /s

Think about it. It’s common sense. No one protected the homeless and if you believe the virus is highly contagious they are all pretty much infected. Where are the piles of corpses?

Same for grocery store workers and hardware store workers - they’ve been on the front lines of concentrated human interaction the entire time, well before “social distance” policies kicked in. Where are their piles of corpses?

when will you people understand? your safety is not OUR responsibility. you keeping yourself and your family safe is YOUR job. if you're doing that, what someone else is doing does not matter.


nobodies safety outweighs my liberty.


maybe some of you should learn personal responsibility and stop expecting the government to do it for you.
