Horn honks when use keyless entry to unlock rig

My horn has started to honk when I use my keyless entry to unlock my vehicle. It just started doing this does it mean anything and how do I make it stop?

Did you disconnect or change the battery recently?
The honking is normal and is the default way it comes from the factory. A dealer can change it to silence it. I'm not sure if disconnecting the battery would undo such a change, but it's possible.

I think what I might have been hitting thenpanic button also but not for sure will keep updated

It would normally make a noise once when you lock and twice when you unlock. If it's going on longer than that, it's the panic button.

Mine doesn't make any noise besides the locks engaging or disengaging.

I'll see if I can find in the service manual how to turn off the horn sound.
