The horn on my 2003 Toyota 4Runner is not working. When the alarm sounds the horn sounds, but I cannot activate the horn from inside the truck. I have also been having trouble with the alarm sounding without reason...and this is a new thing, it never went off before. Could the two be related? I had my son check and the fuse for the horn is good. Someone suggested the alarm going off could be related to loose battery connection but he also checked that and all was OK. Any ideas?
