Horrible feeling in Front Suspension

Hi everyone,

Ive had my 4runner since 2006, its an 03 with 113,000 on it and here is a list of parts Ive replaced so far, (just in the front suspension)

In total 4 front wheel bearings
Both CV axles
Slotted rotors in front
Front sway bar bushings
New outer tie rods


So my question is why in the world does my front end feel so bad? I have OME full lift and Im running BFG KM2's 255/80R17.

I get a death wobble and vibrations around 45mph to 60 mph, I just had it aligned 2 weeks ago at NTB and they told me it was the best they could do since Im out of possible caster adjustment. And they "balanced my wheels" using a lot of weight, ( Ive read up that the new KM2's are a B to balance)

The only solution left to try is a shop that actually has a wheel balancing adapter that will fit 6x5.5 Toyota wheels to get a true lug centric balance instead of the common hub centric.

Should I take it to some other place to get it aligned and balanced?

What are your opinions on my problem?

have you tested the ball joints? bad strut?

is the caster angle off on the front?

Ball joints seem to be fine, according to 2 diff tech guys, how would you go about knowing if the strut was bad?

castor is maxed out all the way on the passenger side but driver has some adjustabilty left

Well, get new tires then...seems to me that if they are known for issues, I'd dump them!

Well, get new tires then...seems to me that if they are known for issues, I'd dump them!

The tires have less than 5,000 mi on them, this is not an option when I dont have a spare $1000+ to drop on tires

I appreciate it, have you ever had your tires done this way? typically how much is this balancing, Ive researched it somewhat and it makes sense

i have heavy tires & wheels so i rotate em twice a year , 1 time myself, & 1 time take it to my shop, & have the tires rotated & rebalanced. should cost about 100-160 bux.from what ive read, If you have a tire that just cannot be balanced, the machine has the ability to go through a procedure which identifies the problem area within the tire and wheel assembly and directs the operator on how to dismount, remount and position the tire on the rim to best reduce the run-out and produce the best balance possible (called match mounting). It will also tell you if the tire or wheel is beyond the point of match mounting and will measure and identify the problem areas.
