Housing in Telluride, CO

This could be posted under general I know but I figured it would get more traffic here and it's fairly urgent. I am supposed to start working in Telluride August 3rd. I was offered the position today so I didn't really have any lead time on the housing situation but since my lease in Oklahoma is up end of July I'm headed out or bust. That being said, anyone here from/ know someone from/ have a distant cousin in telluride that might need a roommate or might let me crash for a week or two while I find a more permanent situation? There's a pretty bad housing shortage there and the t4r community has rarely failed me so I figured this was worth a shot. I've got a chunk of change saved in anticipation for this move so I can pay some temporary housing rentage.

Most of the stuff on craigslist and the roommate finder sites that I've used through college are out of my means. employee housing waitlists are down right out of hand too.

Not sure if they have couches in CO, I can't search it at work, but try that. And pepper thy angus if need be.
