Buy it. It's a great price and although it had its head gaskets replaced that isn't a very common issue with our engines, so you should be good.
Only thing I'm worried about is the interior is pretty dirty. The chrome bumper has little rust spots on it. Not to bad tho. And the hood loosing its clear coat. Ido t know if I should hold out or just get it. I've been looking for a month now and do t know if I should pull the trigger on this one

I just bought my first 4Runner, and the interior on mine is filthy for my standards. Nothing like taking the seats outs, simple green, and water can't fix though! See it visually in person and let your eyes decided for you. E-Locker, and a 5 Speed... a solid combo.

Not a bad deal check for all the fluids for condition usually tells you about the overall maint history
check for t belt being done and makes sure it falls into a
nice smooth idle and clutch and everything feels smooth and
shifts good
Rust is common but should not be excessive
Head gasket is a little concerning making sure it was done properly
and the vehicle did not overheat when that gasket failed is my
main concern and check oil for milky color
Bottom line little scary about the head gasket replacement for me
Why sell it right after head gasket replacement is my question
