How are these prices?

I need a couple services done on my truck and here are the quotes I got from my dealer. Are they reasonable?

Transmission flush = $190

Oil change (with lube & filter) $33

Tire rotation (with brake inspection $18)

Front & rear diffs as well as the transfer case fluid change:

1) The long life fluid is $289.95

or

2) The conventional is $199.95

Some of the prices seem kind of high to me. Exactly how much could I save by doing this myself, factoring in the cost of the oil?

If you're semi mechanically inclined you can DIY all of it. The engine oil change and the tire rotaion are the only items with the correct price. The axles and t-case should probably be done DIY for $$$ reasons.

$90 gets your 9-10 qts of Mobil1 gear lube which covers the front & rear axles and the t-case.

Depending on how you do it the auto trans will take 4-14 quarts. The Royal Purple Fluid (WS compatable) is about $10/quart. See this link to explain the range in quantity. http://www.toyota-4runner.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=36489 With that as the backdrop maybe $190 (if it's a true flush rather than drain & fill) isn't a bad deal.
BTW- One of the links off of the above link has great DIY for gear lubes.

No matter how you slice you save a ton of money by doing the axles & t-case and you get to have equivalent of the 'long-life' $289 fluids in your T4R. In fact the amount you save covers the trans service.
