So one of the things i have been looking into since the sema show is this handy TRUE keyless entry. ....

The above video is of the test piece in my IS300. If the sound doesn't work for you, well then you're not alone, i don't know whats up w/ the camera after my reformat a few weeks back. Anyway,just like the newer Lexus/Toyotas w/ the smart keys, this will basically search for the remote, and when it senses it leaves the range of the vehicle, it locks the doors, flashes the lights, and honks the horn (if you want). When you walk back up to the vehicle, it unlocks. So far my test unit is working awesome, and i'm getting ready for step two which is to try the units in a few more vehicles, and under different conditions to see other opinions of it, and make sure there are no issues.
I figured i would post this up here and get some feedback on it. All i can say imagine walking out of the store w/ your arms full, and not having to find the keys to hit the button, or actually unlock the rear hatch to open it!
