How did I get Here?

Why did I not respond to this thread? Out of all the comments I can only find one constructive one.(you dont see many Gen 5 off-road because they are relatively new yet) Which is of course absolutely relevant and correct, I forget that not everyone heads straight out to wheel like I do when I buy a new rig. Though no Fordyce Creek for awhile with our next new rig. It makes so sense to respond to just flaming.

I am tough on 4 Wheel Drives, anything I buy will be a trail rig at some point(no trading in here for max re-sale here) I can shred most stock rigs made, and all will have compromises. But you should also note that when I see a well built rig like my old Montero riding on 37's or FJ80 Full Size, late 80's to mid 90's..I acknowledge it. Both of those have deficiencies as well, but they don't break easily. For the most part I know a Rubicon wont break easily, and it has a few off-road goodies that anyone would love to have...But in every other category, comfort, reliability, long road trips with big tires, space, technology it falls flat.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.
