ok make sure the picture is tiny!

are small graphical images that you may choose in your profile."

got to "User cp" in the links above all the posts. then go to "Edit Options." Scroll down to find the "avatar" option and upload your TINY picture.

yeah the quality is gonna have to be toned way down to like 1600 pixels max. it'll look bad at first, then it'll grow on ya!

Maybe when you uploaded it to Photobucket it made it smaller? That would be my first guess.
