How do I remove the main fan belt on a 3.4?

Is there anyone that can tell me how you remove the main 4 groove fan belt that runs the cooling fan, power steering, AC...ect?

Do I just remove the bolt holding on the flywheel, or is there more to it than that? Thanks for any help anyone can give me on this.

I just replaced all of the belts on my 99 with the 3.4V6. It's easiest if you remove the cooling fan first. Just four bolts to remove to get it out of the way. You then lossen the power steering pump and the belt slides off. Same goes for the belt that runs the alternator. Both the alternator and power steering pump have tightening bolts used for tightening the belts once they are installed.

Youtube usually has a video for just about anything you are trying to do. There is a video that shows how to do the belts.

By flywheel, you dont mean the harmonic dampener do you? And , No.
