How Do I remove the middle seats so I can replace with leather covers please help

I have an 06. I finished the jump seats and was about to do the middle seats but I am concerned about taking them out. It has the safety bracket that holds the folded seat (red handle that you have to squeeze) to release the seat. Does this need to be removed to get the seats out. Anyone with pictures on removing the middle seats would be great help please. Thanks
