How do I take this off?

Hey guys quick question: how would I remove that plastic piece on the door that has all of the window control buttons on them? If there is an existing thread for this could you just get me a link and that would be awesome. Sorry i didnt put more effort into searchiing but i dont know what this thing is called other than the plastic door thingy. Im painting them black.:naughty:

It just pops out. Lift from the forward most part. There is one clip. It will lift right out then after you unplug the two plugs

IIRC, you pull forward on it and then up.
