I just bought an '07 GX470 "sport" after shopping across many SUVs and price brackets. the final contenders (to name a few) were the GX, the 4runner, the new MDX, the Touareg, and the ML 320 CDI.
I'm really impressed w/the GX -- love it. It's going to be our weekend family vehicle, tow vehicle, and our cabin-runner. Should be perfect. I never, ever, thought I'd buy a Lexus. I frankly wish it was badged a Toyota
I'd like to modify it a bit:
- wheels/tires
- winter: oe wheels w/blizzaks
- 3-season: 18" 4runner limited wheels, w/MCTs
Any other mods people are doing? It's such a complete vehicle that it isn't really screaming out for anything.
Anyhow, I hope to see more traffic here in the future. I'm scanning the 4r forums for info that applies to the gx. Any forums people recommend besides this one and clublexus?
