How do you change the fog light bulb?

How do you change the bulbs in a 2000 Forerunner.

One of my lights went out and I need to know how to remove the casing so I can get to the bulb?

The casing says H3 55W. So, that is the bulb I plan on buying.

Which screws allow me access to the bulb for replacement?

Is it the three that are on the bottom of the half circle shaped housing?
