How do you edit your avatar?

So since the forum switched over to this very slick and snazzy new operating system or whatever you wanna call it (which was a really nice upgrade) I no longer now how to edit and change my avatar. What am I missing and how do you edit your av in the User CP?

I know this isn't really the best place for this thread but I figured it would get answered here quickly and then I'll just delete it.
