How do you guys repair your cracked seats??

I have a 2009 Limited and the drivers seat is deteriorating rapidly into trash... How do you guys repair these? Leather patch of some sort?

I feel like Ill soon be on springs and foam in the front

If you aren't handy with your hands - I'd just take to a upholstery shop that also specializes in boats/automobile fabrication. Another option could be seat covers but I'd still have the tearing corrected before I got seat covers for it.

My '08 is in similar condition. I use the A-pillar grab handle and running board to get in and out, rather than continue the abuse of sliding in and out.

I can see a driver's seat rebuild or replacement in my future. I knew it going into this T4R, but I'm trying to make it last as long as possible. :thumb3:

Mine looks the same, there's a guy on flea bay that sells really nice replacements. I've yet to buy one but heard only good reviews. He sent me a sample of the material and it was a perfect match (to the new leather on the backs/undersides of the seats not the old worn/dirty stuff). Username upholsteryguys

Good luck, mine looked like pure ass when I used this kit. It all ended up falling off anyways. I wouldn't try it again to be honest!
