How Do You Lower the Rear Glass?

I found a complete tailgate with glass on a 91 4Runner but need to know how to lower the glass without battery power.I'm not familiar with any manual system.Is there an easy way to do this?

No, there is no manual backup way to lower the glass.
Just connect 12V from any source directly to the motor terminals and lower it.
