How do you remove the sunshade from a '98 T4R?

Can anyone give me some advice on how I can temporarily take down the sunshade for the sunroof in my '98 4Runner?

In all my searches, the only thing I have found that seems remotely relevant has been a TSB relating to fixing the rattle from the sunroof/sunshade. But after reading that TSB, it doesn't seem to tell me what I need to know.

[backstory, in case you're interested: Once during a hot summer, I had the sunroof vented (i.e., not fully open, just the back side tilted up). Upon hearing the sounds of thunder and an (obviously) unexpectedly heavy downpour, I ran out to close the sunroof. But not before some water had gotten in, causing some of the rainwater and some grease from the sunroof track to leave a stain on the felt of the sunshade. I figure I would have better luck trying to work on cleaning the sunshade if I could take it down, and then put it back up once I'm finished.]

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you would need to remove the entire headliner. The sunroof glass can be taken out by removing 4 bolts which may allow you to take out the shade from the top, if you want to try that. That material is very thin though and doesn't clean well at all so I think your best bet would be to cover it with new fabric.
