How do you reset the NAV?

I saw on a lexus board a way to reset the new generation nav systems. I have a 2003 4runner and want to know if its possible to reboot the device without taking out the fuse? I have that Dension Ice Link and today it stopped working. After pulling out the fuse, the icelin was working again...

anyone know?
