How do you take off dome map lights 97 4runner?

I have no idea how to take off the dome map lights any information on how to do it and or pictures would help! I want to replace all my interior lights with super white ones any helps with types of lights and where to get them would be great!

Anyone? I still have no idea if I try and pop off the plastic thing or what?

take a small screw driver and pry it off gently as for the bulb it use's not to sure

oh I finally figured it out lol. At first I thought I had to take off the glass covers but then I got around to taking off the entire thing. Replaced all my interior lights with these.
