How do you track your vehicle maintenance?

I've used www.ownersite.com for quite a few years.
Sure, it costs a few bucks per year, but I've found it to be well worth it especially when it comes to tax time. You can actually mark various expenses as "personal" or "business" as well as upload receipts to support the expense...no more keeping paper copies of every fuel receipt...it's all electronic. Never had any issues with "losing" things either.
You can track fuel useage and MPG, oil changes, tires, maintanance, payments, parts and accessories and insurance. You can set the system to remind you of various things too. The system will also alert you to any recalls etc. by utilizing your VIN.
I believe they offer a 30 or 60 day trial as well.

I've been using a free online application (works well with mobile devices, too) created by Allstate.
It's a car maintenance scheduler that allows users to set automated reminders for a variety of automobile maintenance tasks. I keep a notebook and I manually write down every major repair or mod I do. (Oil changes, etc. are minor and I don't record those). I write down the date, mileage, and what I did in the notebook.
Later down the road, it will help me to remember when I did brakes last... when I changed the battery last... when those new shocks were installed, etc. And, if I ever sell the vehicle the next owner will LOVE my notebook.
