How do you wire stuff to the fuse box?

Hey guys, so i'm installing my headrest units with the screens in them and now i have to directly wire them to a power source. I was told that they are wired to the fuse box but i dont know how to do that.

Pictured below is the wire that i need to connect to the fuse. Now i've never done this before so does anyone know how to hook this up (do i need a harness or something?). In the picture below it's the red and black wires on the left that need to go to my power supply. The other end hooks up to my screens. ANY help or links or diagrams or pictures would be appreciated! Thanks!

The red goes to any wire that's "live" when the key s in ACC position, you don't have to go directly to the fuse box. The black is your ground, attach it under the dash to ant metal surface and you should be good. The lazy man's way for the power is simply to clip it under the appropriate fuse. Not recommended but works...
